Johnny was born in Denver, CO, and is a self-taught artist who works digitally, with Adobe Photoshop 2022 and a Wacom Cintiq 22 HD. Johnny specializes in illustration and concept art using energetic shape language, expressive emotion, and bold use of color and value. His influences are wide-ranging and include - Brom, N. C. Wyeth, Frazetta, Eyvnid Earle, James Jean, Esao Andrews, Moebius, J.C. Leyendecker, and Bill Watterson just to name a few!
